Invite your team and clients

Invite colleagues with roles, give clients a read-only portal and send white-label reports.

Roles

Role Can
Owner Everything, including deleting the workspace
Admin Manage members, invites, API keys and the audit log
Editor Run crawls and checks, edit projects, reports and roadmaps
Viewer Read everything in the workspace
Client See their own client portal only

Invite people under Team & settings > Invites. Invites expire; an expired invite can be renewed.

Clients

Open Clients to add a client with their sites, contacts and branding. Each client gets a dashboard, reports and, if you choose, a portal login.

Reports

  1. In Report builder, add widgets: metrics, trends, rank movers, share of voice, site issues and text.
  2. Set the date range and comparison period.
  3. Schedule weekly, monthly or quarterly sends as a PDF, a link or both, or create a share link.

Reports read data Hex has already stored, so building or sending one never uses credits.
